Louisa Fassett currently serves as the Head of People at Craftable since April 2025. Previously, Louisa held the position of Human Resources Director at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC from April 2022 to April 2025, providing strategic HR leadership in a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Scout & Cellar, where Louisa managed HR functions for a fast-growth wine industry start-up. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at Breitling USA, HR Generalist at Apartment Therapy Media, and various HR roles at ironSource and CBSET, Inc. Louisa earned a Certificate in Human Resources Essentials from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Newbury College.
