Reid Caraher has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Windsor Outdoor in 2006. Reid then worked as a Steward at Drinks Over Dearborn in 2009, followed by a role as Shift Manager and Bartender at LUXBAR in 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as Beverage Director at TWO Restaurant and Red Door. In 2014, they took on a role as Lead Bartender at Bluestem Brasserie. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Nelson Staffing as Branch Manager and Account Executive, and then as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at Craftable.

Reid Caraher obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford in 2014. Reid then went on to obtain a Certificate from DePaul University in Predictive Analytics Certificate Program in 2014. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from The RISE Global. Reid then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management, which they completed in 2020.
