Rick Barclay

Rick Barclay is Chief Administrative Officer for Crafton Tull. Rick is responsible for the overall operations of the firm’s HR, IT, and Safety functions. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in management, he held multiple positions with Mercy Health of Northwest Arkansas including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Support Services. He joined Crafton Tull as CAO in 2019. Rick is active in the Northwest Arkansas community and participates in running and cycling fundraisers including TASC, Tour de Cure, and the Bentonville Half Marathon. He attends Fellowship Bible Church where his brother is a community pastor.
