Udai Dhawan

Udai Dhawan is a Non-Executive Director of our Company and has been on our Board since November 25, 2016. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours) from University of Delhi and is also a chartered accountant. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has experience in financial services. He was associated with Standard Chartered Private Equity Advisory (I) Private Limited, SkyWorks Capital, LLC, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Sabre Inc., J.P. Morgan, and Arthur Andersen & Co in the past.
