Jess Jackson

Jess Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University. Starting as a Campus Ambassador at epoints USA, Jess went on to work as an Instructor at MEGA Gymnastics. Progressing to roles at the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, Jess was able to successfully recruit new member businesses. Transitioning to Mosaic Life Care as an Executive Recruiter, Jess handled recruitment for various job roles. Jess further advanced to Lifestyle Publications as a Lead Recruiter and eventually as the Head of People Operations at Craftsman+, where they currently serve as the Vice President of People Operations. Throughout their career, Jess has demonstrated a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
