Yolanda Ho, CHRP has a varied work experience. Yolanda started their career at Extendicare in 2010 as a Nursing Clerk and Office Manager. In 2012, they joined the University of Toronto as a Social Media and Promotions Leader and Student Equity Initiatives Leader. In 2014, they worked at Speech Inc. as an Office Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Helen Ziegler and Associates as a Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator. Since 2017, they have been working at SeamlessMD as a Director of People Operations, Senior Human Resources & Operations Manager, Human Resources Operations Manager, and Office Manager.

Yolanda Ho, CHRP has an education history that includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Bioethics and Equity Studies from the University of Toronto (2010-2015) and a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Ryerson University (2018-2019). Yolanda also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional certification from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, obtained in June 2022.
