I provide over 30 years of experience in private and public company leadership as well as board leadership. I provide strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial acumen to this dynamic and creative team of craftspeople. We continue to add to our organic growth as we seek companies that want to be acquired by a family-owned company that shares our values.

My mission is to support and empower our talented staff to achieve professioinal resilience through Servant Leadership, Open Book Management and the Tugboat Institute's Seven Principles of Evergreen Companies. We are working on a forty year plan for our stakeholders. We strive to deliver exceptional value to our clients, and grow their businesses and with integrity and innovation.
