Jonathan Ward

Jonathan Ward is an experienced professional in the hospitality and events industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Guest Experience at Cragun's Resort since September 2018. In this role, Jonathan oversees essential areas that influence guest experiences, including Front Desk, Marina, Conference Services, Recreation, Security, and Housekeeping. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked as a Guest Experience Manager at the same resort, focusing on creating memorable experiences for guests. With a background in conference planning as a Conference Sales/Coordinator at Cragun's Resort & Conference Centre, Jonathan has been instrumental in coordinating events for various groups since 2004. Earlier experience includes working as an Audio Visual Technician at RBS and as an Internal Communications Executive at Safeway UK, where Jonathan managed event planning and technical support. Jonathan's career began with sales at Sight & Sound Distributors from 1989 to 1996.
