Kelly McKenzie

Kelly McKenzie serves as the General Manager of People, Culture, and Sustainability at Craig Mostyn Group since May 2023, while also being an Advisory Council Member at AIM WA since May 2022. Previously, from June 2009 to September 2022, Kelly held various leadership roles at CBH Group, culminating as Chief People Officer, where responsibilities included developing long-term strategies for culture and capability within the organization. Earlier experience includes HR roles in prominent companies such as Elders, Royal Caribbean International, and Accor Hotels, focusing on HR management, recruitment, training, and compliance. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees from Curtin Graduate School of Business and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, highlighting a strong foundation in business administration and leadership.
