Mike Kelley

Mike Kelley has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as the Area General Manager for Eureka Food Enterprises within the food court at The Castle Rock Outlet Mall since February 2011. Prior roles include Service Manager at Rose's Restaurant & Bakery and Manager at Red Robin, as well as General Manager at Cooper Mountain Bar & Grill, where responsibilities encompassed overall unit leadership and financial management. Mike also held the position of Food Service Director at Riverwood Assisted Living, focusing on menu planning with dietary considerations, and previously served as General Manager at Chili's Grill & Bar. Educational background includes studies at Oregon State University from 1997 to 2000, and attendance at Lakeridge from 1991 to 1995.
