Ryan Swapp has a diverse work experience in the legal and technology industries. Ryan started their career at Craig Swapp & Associates in 2011 as a Paralegal, where they gained experience in litigation support and client relations. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Lead Web Developer at the University of Utah before leaving to attend law school at Brigham Young University.

After completing their education, Ryan returned to Craig Swapp & Associates in 2017. Ryan initially joined as the Product Liability Department Manager, overseeing cases related to personal and product liability. Later, they became an Attorney, specializing in plaintiffs' personal and product liability cases in multiple states.

In 2015, Ryan ventured into the technology field and joined Intake Zen as a Software Engineer. As the lead developer of the company's cloud-based intake system, they utilized the Meteor platform to create an efficient solution for personal injury law firms.

Currently, Ryan holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Craig Swapp & Associates, demonstrating their ability to excel in leadership roles within the legal industry.

Ryan Swapp completed their Bachelor of Business Entrepreneurship degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Utah from 2008 to 2014. Ryan then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at BYU from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Design the Web: Graphics and CSS Pseudo-Elements," "Responsive CSS with Sass and Compass," and "Up and Running with CoffeeScript" from lynda.com in May 2014.
