Kimberly Stuart

Kimberly Stuart holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.A. in communications and political science from Tulane University. Since 2001, Kimberly has served as a shareholder at Crain Caton & James. Prior experience includes working as an attorney at Magenheim Bateman, where representation involved Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Food Lion, and Home Depot in premises and employment litigation and appeals. Additionally, Kimberly was a briefing attorney for Justice Margaret Garner Mirabal at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas from August 1996 to August 1997.
