Jeff Kurzhal Aia

Jeff Kurzhal, AIA, is a seasoned architectural and construction professional with extensive experience in project management and co-ownership. Currently serving as Co-Owner at Nashville Specialties, LLC since January 2023 and as Project Manager at Crain Construction, Inc. since September 2015, Jeff Kurzhal specializes in aligning client desires, construction documents, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes. Previous roles include Project Manager at Holladay Construction Group from September 2007 to September 2015, where operations were overseen in multiple offices, and Project Manager at Architectural Group III from May 2001 to August 2007, alongside experience as an intern architect and marketing intern. Jeff Kurzhal holds a BS in Environmental Design, Architecture from Ball State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
