James Rauh

James supports and conducts research for Managing Directors as they develop internal communication strategies and advise leaders on the communication function within their organizations.

Before joining CRA, James worked for Verdentify, a software stealth startup, and Dr. B’s Dental Solutions, a consumer goods startup. He also worked for the Office of New Americans, a public-private partnership that encourages newly arrived immigrants to apply for citizenship and assists them in the process. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami with degrees in Finance and Marketing. While there, James participated in student government and served as a teaching assistant where he guided students in completing semester-long business proposals.
