Rachel LeWitt

Rachel LeWitt is a Managing Director in CRA's Strategic Communication Practice. Rachel advises organizations on developing their communication strategies, managing change initiatives, and fostering organizational alignment. She designs materials that aim to engage audiences and their key stakeholders and build credibility and understanding. Rachel’s experience includes communicating through change, using a data-driven approach to strategic communication, and designing graphical ways to communicate narratives and key messages.

Rachel graduated with honors from Lafayette College, where she earned her B.A. in studying English and psychology. At Lafayette, Rachel researched the effect of digital platforms on learning and the relationship between linguistic structure and conception. Before joining CRA, Rachel taught English in Malaysia as a Fulbright ETA and conducted social science research at Brandeis University.

Rachel enjoys traveling internationally, cooking new dishes, and exploring nature.
