Sierra Holland

Sierra Holland is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director and Strategic Communication Consultant at CRA since September 2020, Sierra previously held the role of Strategic Communication Research Assistant. Experience includes a position as Graduate Research Assistant at the Tully Center for Free Speech, where significant achievements included increasing social media engagement and creating educational content on First Amendment issues. Additionally, Sierra contributed as an Instructional Associate at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, preparing lesson plans and facilitating student learning. Sierra holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from the S.I. Newhouse School and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Temple University.
