Janice Hamblin began their work experience in 1987 as a Partner at Ross & Hardies. Janice continued in this role until 2003 when they became a Partner at McGuireWoods. In 2007, they transitioned to become a Principal at Miller Canfield, and in 2010, they became a Partner at Gould & Ratner. In 2006, they joined NAWBO as a member of the Board of Directors, where they served until 2011. In 2011, they also became an Executive Council member at Executives Breakfast Club of Oak Brook, a position they held until 2013. Janice'smost recent role was as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Cramer Krasselt, where they were responsible for all legal matters.

Janice Hamblin completed their education at the University of Illinois College of Law from 1984 to 1987, earning a JD degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Janice also obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
