Stefani Lummen

Stefani Lummen has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative roles. Stefani started their career at Bennett and Company as an Administrative Assistant from October 1998 to May 2002. In this role, they managed scheduling, prepared documents for meetings, and arranged travel.

Lummen then worked at Five Star Quality Care as an HR Generalist from February 2005 to September 2009. Here, they processed and reconciled payroll for over 1200 employees, ensured payroll transmission accuracy, and processed garnishments and wage assignments.

Stefani joined Cramer-Krasselt in September 2009 as a Payroll & Benefits Manager. In this role, Lummen processed payroll files for 500+ employees, prepared salary projections and headcount spreadsheets, and generated financial reports for various stakeholders.

Lummen gradually progressed within Cramer-Krasselt and held positions of increasing responsibility. Stefani served as Vice President, HR Manager, Payroll & Benefits from July 2015 to December 2016. Stefani then became Vice President, HR Director, Talent Engagement from January 2017 to December 2020. Finally, Lummen currently holds the role of SVP, HR Director, Talent Engagement starting from January 2021.
