Jacob Klein is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Cranbrook Educational Community since October 2020, Jacob oversees technology operations supporting multiple entities within the Cranbrook community and has successfully transitioned helpdesk support into a collaborative Service Desk. Prior to this role, Jacob held several positions at CareTech Solutions, including Client Executive/CIO and Executive Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities included managing IT governance and oversight for Walsh College and developing high-performing technology teams. Jacob also has a strong foundation in infrastructure operations and network administration, with previous experience at Crittenton Hospital Medical Center and Hurley Medical Center/Sabre Consulting. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University.
