Mike Strasen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and manufacturing management. Currently serving as the Crane Business System Manager at Crane Composites since February 2013, Mike specializes in implementing continuous improvement programs through various methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean. Prior to this role, Mike held key positions at United Technologies Electronic Controls, including Production Unit Manager and Lean Manufacturing Leader, where leadership in electronic environmental controls manufacturing was provided. Additionally, Mike's career includes roles as a Sourcing Engineer at Therma Tru, Continuous Improvement Lead at Johnson Controls Automotive Interiors Group, and various engineering and sourcing positions at General Electric Aircraft Controls. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
