Alexa Hughes

Alexa Hughes has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Upper School Math Teacher at Crane Country Day School since July 2020. Prior to this role, Alexa held various positions at Marymount Of Santa Barbara from September 2005 to July 2020, including Math Department Team Leader and Curriculum Coordinator, Math Teacher, and 8th Grade Advisor. Alexa earned a Bachelor of Science in Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1999 and 2005, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Social Justice from Antioch University Santa Barbara in 2011.
