Dr. Aleta W. Richards

Dr. Aleta W. Richards is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director on the Matthews Board since February 2023, Dr. Richards has held key positions at Covestro since July 2014, including EVP - Global Head of Specialty Films and Sr. Vice President of Coatings, Adhesives & Specialties for North America. Dr. Richards also served in various capacities at Bayer Business Services from January 2010 to July 2014, including Vice President of Bayer HR Services US, and held leadership roles at Bayer MaterialScience from 2003 to 2010, such as VP of Global Key Account Sales and Strategic Marketing. Dr. Richards holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, along with multiple certificates in Human Resources and business innovation from prestigious institutions.
