Ryan Autullo II is currently employed as a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst at Crane Group Company since March 2022, where responsibilities include utilizing industry-recognized software to assist various companies, managing reported issues through the Track-IT ticketing system, performing troubleshooting for MS Windows and Office Products, imaging and retiring employee devices, and resolving network-related issues using Fortinet firewalls and Aruba switches. Prior to this role, Ryan served as an Information Technology Intern at Canal Winchester High School from June 2021 to May 2022, gaining hands-on experience in technology management, troubleshooting, updating systems, and repairing student Chromebooks. Ryan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University, expected to be completed by November 2024.
