Jennifer Kartono

Jennifer Kartono has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Jennifer currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Crane NXT since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives, from October 2022 to present. Jennifer also served as the Senior Vice President of People, Organizational Strategy & Culture at Iron Mountain from January 2018 to April 2023. Before that, they were the Chief of Staff for Records & Information Management and Vice President of Human Resources at Iron Mountain. Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at IONA Technologies, where they were a Global HR Business Partner from July 2001 to September 2005, and a Global Talent Acquisition Leader from July 1999 to July 2001.

Jennifer Kartono completed the LEAP Program at INSEAD in 2022. From 1987 to 1991, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Denver. Jennifer also obtained a Certificate from the Harvard Business School Executive Education in an unspecified year up until 2016, specializing in Leadership, Financials, and Decision Science. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Babson College for Coaching Inside the Organization.
