Kim Dimaurizio

Kim DiMaurizio currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Crane NXT, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kim was with Jazz Pharmaceuticals from December 2019 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing Global Talent Solutions and HR Business Partnering. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Campbell Soup Company, where Kim held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Vice President of HR for Campbell Snacks, leading major integration efforts and talent management strategies. Kim also contributed to Bausch & Lomb as an HR Business Partner and had earlier career roles at Primedia and Arthur Andersen. Educational background includes a BS/MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University at Buffalo.
