Graham Boyd

Graham Boyd, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and senior leadership roles. Graham is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Supply, Canada's Premier Distributor of Quality Pipe, Valves, and Fittings. Prior to this, Graham held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Co. from 2005 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for HR functions across multiple business units in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and the Ukraine. Graham has also worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Holcim, where they oversaw HR operations for 21 mine sites in central and southern Ontario. Graham began their career as a Training and Apprenticeship Program Manager at Husky Injection Molding Systems and later became the Human Resources Manager and Safety Specialist at Quebecor World Printing. Throughout their career, Graham has gained expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee and labor relations, collective bargaining, HR information systems, and benefits and pension administration.

Graham Boyd, CHRL has a Bachelor of Arts degree in BA from York University, completed in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology (Safety) from Humber College in 1992. In terms of certifications, Graham obtained the Certified Human Resources Leader certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2015, and the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from the same institution in 1999.
