Operations Director Mexico & Central America at Crane Worldwide Logistics

Alejandro Arellano has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Alejandro has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2023-present, they have been working as an Operations Director for Crane Worldwide Logistics. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Director for IB Group from 2022-2023. From 2015-2022, they served as the LATAM Distribution Center Director for Forever 21, where they were responsible for managing the brand distribution center and improving operational efficiency. Before that, they worked as an Operations Director at JAS Forwarding from 2012-2015, where they handled the operations and distribution of merchandise. Alejandro also held the position of Logistic, Export & Import Director at Cinépolis from 2010-2012, overseeing the supply chain and managing the distribution center. From 2006-2010, they worked as an Air Operation Director for Kuehne + Nagel, managing the air cargo import and export operations. Lastly, from 2001-2006, they served as an Operation Manager for Panalpina, where they managed the company's operations, administration, and key accounts in multiple countries.

Alejandro Arellano holds an MBA from INCAE from 2004 to 2006. Alejandro also completed an MBA in Global Marketing from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Licenciado en Comercio Internacional, specializing in International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Alejandro has a certification in Gestion logística, de materiales y de la cadena de suministro (CSCA) from ISCEA International Supply Chain Education Alliance. Alejandro has also obtained certifications in CSCM from APROCAL Asociación de Profesionales en Compras, Abastecimiento y Logística, and Manejo en Rampa Aeropuerto from Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen Panama.
