Paul Sheffield

Paul Sheffield is an accomplished logistics and operations professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Logistics Manager at Crane Worldwide Logistics since September 2021, Paul previously held positions including Analyst at Robert Half for a one-month contract, Operational Excellence Manager, National Business Analytics Lead, and dual QLD & Site Operations Manager at CS Logistic Solutions Pty Ltd. Key achievements include implementing a national labour tracking model reducing costs significantly and introducing Power BI for KPI measurement. Earlier roles included Site Operations Manager at DHL and Logistics and Distribution Manager at Tyco Fire Protection, where Paul oversaw operations across multiple warehouses and was recognized with the Quarterly Tyco Global Pinnacle of Excellence Award. Paul holds a University Bursary in Applied Mathematics from Auckland Grammar School.
