Chad Mieczkowski

Chad Mieczkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering management. Currently serving as the CAE Group Operational Excellence Manager at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since May 2012, Mieczkowski leads the implementation of Crane Business System fundamentals across multiple sites. Previous roles at Crane include Value Stream Manager, where Mieczkowski oversaw manufacturing activities supporting substantial annual sales, and Interim Program Manager during the qualification of the Silvercrest Fuel Flow Transmitter. Earlier experience encompasses positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer and a variety of engineering roles at companies such as Schaeffler and Rubbermaid. Mieczkowski holds an MBA/MSIE dual degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
