Ryan Jay Sagucio

Ryan Jay Sagucio is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Ryan has led critical root cause investigations and implemented maintenance strategies to enhance machine performance. Previously, at OffWorld, Ryan designed the layout for a large assembly facility and developed strategic production plans for robotic mining operations. During tenure at Northrop Grumman, Ryan held multiple engineering roles, contributing to cost reduction initiatives and mechanical design on various aeronautical and space systems programs. Ryan's foundational experience includes tutoring mechanical and aerospace subjects and an internship focused on additive manufacturing at Aerojet Rocketdyne.
