Charles G. McClure

Charles has been a Director since 2023. He is the Managing Partner of Michigan Capital Advisors, a private equity firm he co-founded in 2014, which invests in Tier 2 and 3 global automotive and transportation suppliers. Prior to founding Michigan Capital Advisors, Mr. McClure served from 2004 to 2013 as Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of Meritor, Inc., a leading global supplier of drivetrain, mobility, braking and aftermarket solutions for commercial vehicle and industrial markets.
