James L. L. Tullis

James has been a Director and Chairman since 2023. He is also a Chairman at Tullis Health Investors, LLC, Palm Beach Gardens, FL (venture capital investments in the health care industry) from 1988 to the present.

He has an experience with executive leadership, and financial and organizational expertise gained as chief executive officer of a venture capital investment group. He has significant expertise in management, strategy and governance matters gained as director of public and private companies, including serving as chairman and on the compensation, nominating and governance, audit and executive committees of public companies.
