Paul G. Igoe

Paul G. Igoe has a wealth of experience in the legal field, spanning over three decades.

Their most recent position was with Crane NXT, where they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary from March 2023 onwards.

Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at Excelitas Technologies Corp. from August 2018 to March 2023. In this role, they led the legal and compliance function for the global technology manufacturing company, managing the legal aspects of M&A activities.

From January 2013 to July 2018, Paul worked at SS&C Technologies, where they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. In this role, they supervised and managed the global delivery of legal services and legal and regulatory compliance for the $3.9 billion public company.

Before that, they served as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Lydall, a $400 million public company, from 2009 to 2012. In this role, they supervised and managed the delivery of legal services and legal and regulatory compliance for the company's operations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.

From 2001 to 2009, Paul held the position of Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Teradyne, overseeing a variety of legal issues for the $1 billion public company. Their responsibilities included securities and compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, labor and employment, intellectual property, and litigation.

Prior to that, they served as the Legal Counsel for Global Private Investment Firm at Morningside/Springfield Investments from 1996 to 2001.

Paul began their career as a Junior Partner at WilmerHale from 1990 to 1996 and an Associate in the Banking and Creditors' Rights Department at Hinckley Allen from 1987 to 1990.

Paul G. Igoe earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the College of the Holy Cross from 1980 to 1984. Paul G. graduated from Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts (A.B) degree in History, achieving magna cum laude honors.
