Donna Nodson

Donna Nodson has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. In their most recent role as the Vice President of Business Operations at The AGNCY, starting in 2023, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, Donna worked at The Craneware Group as the Head of Risk and Compliance, where they were instrumental in improving operations and growing the company through effective risk management and compliance practices.

Before joining The Craneware Group, Donna held various roles including Risk and Compliance Manager, Special Projects Consultant, and Product Manager, where they focused on areas such as operational process improvements, strategic initiatives, risk management, and product strategy.

Additionally, Donna has experience as an Independent Consultant, leveraging their expertise to help companies develop strategic plans and implement solutions. Donna has also held positions at HotDocs Limited, Nodson Hollins, Inc., Sapient, Publicis Groupe Media, RMG Connect, MI-GSO | PCUBED, and Digitas.

Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in risk management and compliance, and the ability to drive growth and innovation in organizations.

Donna Nodson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Donna obtained this degree from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Donna has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Donna became an Integrated Data Privacy Professional (IDPP) through OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group) in January 2023. In December 2022, they achieved the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certifications from the International Six Sigma Institute™. Donna also completed the Risk Essentials Masterclass from the Institute of Risk Management in February 2020. Additionally, Donna holds the UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Foundation 2013 certification from the iSQI Group, which they obtained in May 2016. In January 2016, they received the Disclosure Scotland certification from the Executive Agency of the Scottish Government. Lastly, in July 2021, they became a Certified GRC Professional (GRCP) through OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group).
