Karen Peterson (Kaya)

Karen (Kaya) Peterson has over a decade of experience in customer success and management roles, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Craneware since May 2018, previous roles include Budget Officer at Washington State University from December 2011 to June 2018 and Consultant at Craneware, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Karen held the position of Director of Supply Chain at Pullman Regional Hospital from 2006 to 2010 and Director of Decision Support at Central Washington Hospital from 1998 to 2006.
