Neil Earlam

Neil Earlam is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at The Craneware Group since November 2021, Neil previously held positions including Software Engineer at SMS Plc. and Junior Software Engineer at ClearSky Logic. With a foundational background as a self-employed software engineer and as a lab demonstrator at Edinburgh Napier University, Neil has contributed to both practical tutorials and university projects focused on student scheduling and course material development. Neil holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, as well as a Higher National Diploma (HND) from City of Glasgow College.
