Rafael Ktistakis Ph.d, M.sc, Afhea

Rafael Ktistakis, Ph.D, M.Sc, AFHEA, currently serves as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Craneware, overseeing three Platform delivery teams since September 2019. Prior to this role, Rafael held positions as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, contributing to platform delivery initiatives. Earlier experience includes a tenure at the University of Leicester, where Rafael worked as a PhD Candidate and Graduate Teaching Assistant in computer science while researching lossless sequence prediction. Additional roles include a Lecturer at De Montfort University, freelance IT support, and web development. Rafael earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Advanced Computer Science, and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Crete.
