Tom Noble

Tom Noble has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in information technology operations and management.

Tom started their career as an IT Technician at Techies Ltd in 2010, where they provided first and second-line support and maintained PC and laptop systems. Tom also supported LAN and WLAN networks and provided remote support.

In 2011, Tom worked as an IT Technician at Amazon UK, where they supported over 500 users in a distribution/warehouse environment. Tom provided technical support for PC, laptops, and printers, resolved network connectivity issues, and deployed new equipment.

After their stint at Amazon UK, Tom worked as a Freelance IT Technician, providing hardware and software technical support to various companies and individuals. Tom also completed the sale of their house and arranged to move back to the UK during this time.

Most recently, Tom worked at the Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as an Information Technology Operations Manager from 2021 to 2023. Tom managed a team of six and was responsible for working with various technologies such as Ms Server, VmWare, O365, Meraki Wireless, Extreme switching, Cisco, and Forcepoint.
