Ros Dougal

Ros Dougal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Board Trustee for Summerhill Trust and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Tyne Theatre and Opera House Preservation Trust, as well as for Dementia Care until September 2021. As Director of Creative HR Ltd since July 2015, Ros provides innovative HR consultancy services. Previous roles include Interim HR Business Partner at Pentland Brands UK Limited and Head of HR at MyCSP Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR policy development and workforce management. Ros holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Northumbria and a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Sunderland.
