Michael Toxvaerd

Michael Toxvaerd is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various industries. As the Co-founder and Executive Director of Nightcap Plc since January 2021, Michael also serves as an investor in several notable companies, including Craft Clubs, Credit Kudos, Secret Spa, Feast It, The London Cocktail Club, and TONKOTSU. Additionally, Michael holds a position on the Advisory Board of the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield School of Management. Previous roles include Non-executive Director at Rasmala and Chief Investment Officer at HBG Holdings, specializing in private equity in the UK and GCC. Michael earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University in 2004.
