Joshua Schaefer

Joshua Schaefer, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joshua is currently the Director of Manufacturing at CraniUS since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Engineer from June 2020 to June 2023. Before joining AstraZeneca, they had a long tenure at Senseonics, Incorporated, where they held various positions including Manager of Process Engineering from August 2018 to present, Principal Manufacturing Engineer from September 2017 to July 2018, Senior Manufacturing Engineer from May 2014 to September 2017, Process Engineer II from May 2011 to May 2014, and Engineer I from May 2009 to May 2011. Joshua started their career as an Engineering Intern at Sensors for Medicine & Science, Inc. from May 2006 to August 2008.

Joshua Schaefer, MBA received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2009. Joshua then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2016.
