Carol Kim

Carol Kim has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Carol is currently the Director of Finance at Crankstart since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tipping Point Community for eight years, serving as the Senior Director of Finance from July 2017 to August 2023 and as the Director of Finance and Operations from April 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they worked at ESPN as the Manager of Digital Media Finance & Strategy from April 2014 to April 2015. Carol also has experience in the consumer goods industry, having worked at Unilever as an Associate Finance Manager from June 2010 to March 2014. Carol started their career at J.P. Morgan as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking in 2009. Carol's early work experience includes roles at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and United Way of America, where they served as an Associate Director of Community Investment from June 2005 to June 2007, and as a Community Fellow from June 2004 to June 2005, respectively.

Carol Kim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from The Wharton School in the years 2000 to 2004. Carol then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yale School of Management from 2007 to 2010.
