Mélissa Gilliand

Mélissa Clavien (Gilliand) is a seasoned professional in digital communication and project development within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable Communication Digitale at Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress since April 2020, Mélissa previously held roles in project development at One Crans-Montana SA and various positions at Crans Montana Ski Resort, including MICE Manager and event coordination. Early career experience includes an internship at MCI Group and a role as a Receptionist at Centre Thermal – Yverdon-les-Bains. Educational credentials include a UX Design degree from SAWI and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Tourism and Travel Management from HES-SO Valais-Wallis, complemented by a Federal Maturity in Italian language and literature from Gymnase d'Yverdon.
