Pierre-Henri MAINETTI has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pierre-Henri started their career in 1991 as Director of site at Eurest restauration collective where they were responsible for managing multiple locations and overseeing daily operations. Pierre-Henri then became General Manager at Belmond La Résidence Phou Vao, where they successfully opened and operated the hotel, establishing key relationships with tour operators. After this, they founded and directed BHM Sarl et Plaza Sàrl, a business venture that lasted for 9 years. In 2002, Pierre-Henri served as Vice President for the association des restaurateurs de Crans-Montana. Pierre-Henri later joined GEH - Groupe Europe Hygiène as a Member representative of Papival SA, participating in various purchasing committees. Their next role was at Papival SA - Emballage et hygiène, where they served as the Director of the packaging division and later as the Head of Purchasing. Currently, Pierre-Henri is working as the Head of Sales and Markets at Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies on foreign markets, as well as managing the MICE activities of the destination.

Pierre-Henri MAINETTI has a diverse education history. In 1985, they completed their Baccalauréat D in Biology and Mathematics at Lycée Claude Bernard Paris 16. The following year, in 1986, they attended Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and completed their first year of Deug in Administration Economique et Sociale. In 1987, Pierre-Henri pursued their interests in hotel management and obtained a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management from EHL. Most recently, in 2014, they attended the University of Geneva and earned a degree in DAS Management Stratégique des Achats, specializing in Achats, Approvisionnement/Acquisitions et Gestion des Contrats.
