Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Cranshaw Construction since 2018, Joel oversees project execution, strategic planning, and fiscal management while enhancing the client experience. Previous roles include Hospitality Manager at Erland Construction, where Joel managed the $30M Archer Hotel project, and Project Executive positions at Windover Construction and Shawmut Design and Construction, where Joel led significant projects including the $40M Beauport Hotel and managed over $200M in various construction initiatives for prestigious clients. Joel began their career as a Project Coordinator at Diversified Project Management and has held internships at Progress Software and GTE Government Systems, with an educational background from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
