Ken Donham

Ken Donham, CPIM, CSCP has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Ken currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of International Operations at Hooker Furnishings Corporation. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Riverside Furniture Corporation from 2020 to 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Supply Chain at STALLERGENES GREER, overseeing various units such as purchasing, planning, scheduling, warehousing, and logistics. Ken also has experience as the Vice President of Project Management at Sun Delivery Inc from 2013 to 2015.

In addition, they served as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at A.R.T. Furniture from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for various operational areas such as sales operations, purchasing, customer service, demand planning, supply planning, and logistics. Prior to that, Ken held multiple roles at Broyhill Furniture Industries, Inc., including Director of Sales Operations and Import Procurement Director. Ken also worked as the Senior Demand Manager at Broyhill from 2006 to 2007.

Ken's career in the furniture industry began at Universal Furniture, where they served as the Customer Service Director from 1999 to 2006. In this role, they focused on improving service quality and order management. Overall, Ken Donham has extensive experience in supply chain management, project management, and operations within the furniture industry.

Ken Donham, CPIM, CSCP, holds a BA degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Pre-law, with a minor in World History from The Citadel, which they attained between 1992 and 1996. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Fox Valley Technical College. Ken also has a certification in Project Management from Catawba Valley Community College, earned in 2013. Additionally, Ken has acquired several other certifications, including CPIM (Certification in Production and Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), both offered by APICS. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management, among others, from various institutions such as ExpertRating Solutions and Supply Chain Security International, Inc.
