Dave Garbutt

Dave Garbutt has an extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Dave started their career as a Purchasing Controller at Sara Lee in 1989 and worked there until 1999. Dave then went on to hold various purchasing and supply chain roles at ABI (UK) Limited, Geest, Aunt Bessies Ltd, and Aunt Bessies. In 2011, they became the Head of Procurement at Aunt Bessies, a position they held until 2013. Dave then worked as a Procurement Manager at Sealord Ltd before transitioning to Head of Supply Chain at Sealord Caistor Ltd in 2014. Dave subsequently held the role of Head of Operations at Sealord UK Ltd and then served as the Head of Operations & Supply Chain at Caistor Seafoods Ltd. Dave'smost recent position is the Head of Procurement at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, which they started in 2020.

Dave Garbutt obtained an HNDA degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Askham Bryam College of Agriculture, where they studied from 1981 to 1984.
