Yetunde Hofmann MBA ChCCIPD FRSA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Designated Independent Non-Executive Director for Employee Engagement at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, Yetunde is also the Founder and Programme Director of Solaris Executive Leadership Development Academy, focused on empowering black professional and executive women. Additionally, Yetunde has held positions such as Board Mentor at Criticaleye, Managing Director of Synchrony Development Consulting and The Enjoyable Life Series CIC, and Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School. Past roles include Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director at Treatt, as well as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee at CIPD.
