Anu Hakkarainen

Anu Hakkarainen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across various companies. As Sales Director and previously Business Development & Sales Manager at Crasman since August 2016, Anu leads efforts to understand customer business needs and assemble expert teams to deliver optimal solutions in digital services. Prior to Crasman, Anu served as Business Development Director at Lionbridge from March 2008 to July 2016, focusing on new business in the Nordics and managing key accounts in Finland. Anu's earlier roles at Lionbridge included Business Director for Telecom Services and Customer Service Manager, as well as Technical Writing Project Manager at Lionbridge and Localisation Project Manager at Bowne Global Solutions. Anu's career began as a Translator and Localisation Tester at Trantex. Anu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finnish, Social Psychology, Computer Science, and Comparative Literature from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1994 and 2003.
