Melanie McCaffrey

Melanie McCaffrey currently serves as the Internal Audit Director at Crate and Barrel since July 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie held various senior management positions at Ulta Beauty from November 2014 to July 2023, including Senior Manager for Cash, Accounts Receivable, SOX Compliance, Inventory Control, WFM Training & Compliance, and Internal Audit Manager. Experience also includes a position as Global Security Risk & Compliance Analyst at SIRVA Worldwide from April 2014 to November 2014, and several roles at Telephone & Data Systems Inc. from May 2010 to April 2014, culminating in Senior Internal Auditor. Earlier in the career, Melanie worked as an Auditor at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP from September 2008 to April 2010. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University between 2004 and 2008.
